Effects of Omega-3 Fatty Acids on Bone and Frailty

The specific aims of the study will be to determine the effects of omega-3 fatty acid supplementation on bone turnover, bone mass, prostaglandins, immune response and physical performance over 6 months in women with osteopenia and some degree of frailty.
